Account Manager, IT Professional Services
As an Account Manager you will develop new and existing accounts and responsible for contact, analysis of client's needs, quality of services, presentation and effective delivery to clients. If you have a proven track record in the IT professional services and staff augmentation are looking for an opportunity to be a key player with a quality driven and growing organization, we would like to hear from you.

The incumbent must:
  • Have experience and network in two or more of the following industry verticals:
    - Energy (IT, management consulting)
    - Government
    - Emerging markets (mobile)
    - Financial Services (tier one and two banks, trust companies, capital markets, insurance)
  • Have minimum 10 years of experience in IT Consulting and or staff augmentation
  • Have minimum 6 years of account management in the IT industry, managing medium to large national accounts
  • Have strong team work and superior motivation skills
  • Have advanced organization and planning skills
  • Have the ability to maintain high quality of VTRAC's services and processes
  • Have strong industry network
  • Have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Have experience in using computer, internet and contact management system, MS Word and Excel sheets
Qualifications: University degree in Business or Marketing or Computer Science or least 4 years of experience in the IT field.



Recruitment Manager
As a Recruitment Manager you will oversee a team of recruiters and account managers and be responsible for maintaining target productivity levels and provide training, coaching and mentoring as required. You will also be required to actively recruit executive or senior positions to support major accounts. If you have a proven track record in the recruitment industry and are looking for an opportunity to be a key player with a quality driven and growing organization, we would like to hear from you.

  • Have minimum 5 years of direct headhunting experience in an agency environment
  • Have minimum 4 years experience managing IT or Finance or Sales orr Engineering recruiters
  • Have previous experience and was responsible for P&L of the team
  • Have experience building quality driven and high volume team
  • Have strong team work and superior motivation skills
  • Have advanced organization and planning skills
  • Have the ability to maintain high quality of VTRAC's services and processes
  • Be assertive and result oriented
  • Be detailed oriented
  • Have industry network
  • Have passion for recruitment in an agency environment
