VTRAC Strongly believes in development of its members and offers and/or supports its members to attend a variety of development programs, including:
Starter Training Program
Each current and new coming member will participate in starter's program, which includes both understanding of VTRAC's business processes, models and techniques as well as technology training. At the end of the program, each individual will have a good understanding about VTRAC's business, her or his CLEAR ROLE and JOB DESCRIPTION, and short and long term objectives.
Training Programs, Sponsored by VTRAC
Each member is required to take at least one Professional or Personal Development program every year according to their individual development plans. Such plans will be created together with every individual.
Company Contributed Training Programs
VTRAC encourages its members to suggest additional programs from various training centres, which might help them with their growth. Development and growth programs may include courses in business, technology, sales, communication, and personal or spiritual development.
Quality
VTRAC is all about Quality delivery and relationships. We have built our system, developed our business and survived two recessions, because of our quality work and relationships that we had in place with all parties. Not only are we practicing a proven methodology with a great track record, but we also encourage and maintain a high standard in our daily practice.
All members joining VTRAC, coming from a variety of organizations, both large and small, national and internal, are surprised by our quality and high standards of screening and process, as well as the quality of our training programs. All members have opportunity to receive pre-defined incentives for their quality work and administration. Business Processes (VTRAC is an ITIL Compliant Organization)
VTRAC is a process oriented but effective organization. We have spent over one year building an industry-best quality driven process and methodology with strong technology systems support, where members need to do MINIMUM administration work and reports while all activities are processed and documented. All members have opportunity to receive pre-defined incentives for the quality of their administration work following company's process and methodologies.
As an ITIL compliant and training organization, we strongly believe in efficient processes which deliver and support the business in the 21st century. Strong systems and business DPR and BCP plans have been developed, tested and implemented at VTRAC. Honesty
Honesty is the basis of our beliefs. We believe in and always maintain honesty in all relationships. Working in services and sales driven environment, some believe to achieve their objectives at any cost. That's where we draw the line - we put honesty and integrity above all demands, while we trust knowledge to be our door to discover and deliver in the unknown territories.
Teamwork
Support of each other and teamwork in every project is one of the keys to VTRAC's success. VTRAC encourages and supports working as a team at all levels.
Being a teamwork oriented company, we build strong alliances. VTRAC has partnered with and is supporting seven other consulting and training organizations in Canada, U.S. and Japan. People at VTRAC

360-Degree Feedback
We at VTRAC believe in open communication and continuous improvement. As a positive addition to our performance management system, 360-degree feedback program gives every member once every month to provide their feedback about business processes, management techniques, customer relations and teamwork desired in the organization to accomplish the mission, vision, and goals and live the values.
Sharing Ideas
One of the ways we've built a motivated team at VTRAC - we encourage the members to bring up any ideas, even most unexpected ones, and share them with all. Anyone can bring a new initiative and know that it is supported, and see many of them be implemented, which is a strongest motivator!
