Employers > Track Record and Process
Track Record Our track record is something we are most proud of, and provides the basis by which we measure the quality of our contribution to our clients. It shows that amongst all candidates placed by VTRAC since the year 2000, there is a less than 2% percent turnover.
Confidentiality
All information received by clients will remain confidential and will NOT be disclosed to any parties without client's approval.
VTRAC a Truly Diverse Organization
At VTRAC, we believe in equality, human rights and diversity. We speak English, French, Armenian, Farsi, Korean, Mandarin, Portuguese, Romanian and Tamale.
Proven Methodology
This is the clearest demonstration possible that the resources screened by VTRAC were the best fit for their jobs. As a result, they tend to stay for the guarantee period
but for years beyond. To achieve this track record we use our proven 20 steps Best Fit Methodology and assessment process.
Employee Retention Policy
Our survey shows that new employees might leave their new jobs or projects in three stages (within 1 to 3 months, within 6 to 9 months, and within 18 to 24 months from the employment starting date) due to various personal and professional reasons, as well as potential challenges in communication between the two parties.
In order to protect our clients, with their prior authorization, we continue to communicate with the placed resources, and try to maintain the communication between our clients and their new employees. This practice has helped our clients with their employee retention, as well cost saving. This practice also has resulted in VTRAC’s unparalleled Track Record in maintaining less than 2% turnover for the placed candidates over the last ten years. Employment Equity and Anti-Discriminatory Policy
At VTRAC our standard is "Qualification and Quality" of candidates. VTRAC is an equal opportunity employer and opportunity provider. VTRAC supports non-discriminatory policies and procedures.
