Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Content Writer with an established global investment firm!
As part of the HR Digital transformation team, the Content Writer will assist both with the writing of new content and the conversion/re-writing of existing HR knowledge online content in Service Now. The Content Writer will apply new content principles and guidelines within the HR Digital Transformation program to create both employee and manager facing “external” content, as well and HR-facing “internal content” related to HR/Payroll policies and processes, compensation and benefits plan information.

Responsibilities:

• Write/Edit content consistently in line with provided content principles and style guidelines
• Produce content in such a way that it is easily digestible online
• Copy write and proof read new and existing material for HR knowledge online content
• Collaborate with content owners and SMEs to ensure content is technically accurate
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, showing initiative

Qualification:

• Minimum of 3 – 7 years’ experience in the Content writing
• Knowledge in HR concepts is an asset
• Ability to identify priorities and achieve objective within time constraints
• Detailed-oriented and well-organized
• Ability to learn and apply new information and concepts
• impeccable written English and grammar and communications skills
• Approachable presence coupled with common sense attitude
• Ability to meet deadlines
• A Bachelor’s degree or College diploma is preferred or equivalent years of direct experience.
• Previous experience of writing HR-related content, such as benefits content is desirable
