POSITION SUMMARY:

Working with a growing team of business development and recruitment professionals, you will be recruiting quality talents for Canadian and U.S. markets and primarily responsible for applying your networking, search and consulting
skills to:

  • Identify, engaging, exploring candidate’s real motivation and interest, and validating their technical skills and competencies, and present quality talents in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for both contract and permanent placement opportunities, for clients in the Technology, Finance, and Engineering sectors.
  • Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job sites and databases.
  • Network, researching databases, contact, source, collect, screen applications, select, examine, evaluate and interview candidates, including candidates in.
  • Prepare qualified slate of prospective IT and Finance candidates.
  • Coordinate and notify candidates on requirements for the prospective position, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.
  • Utilizing sourcing techniques such as Boolean-equation, job boards and professional networking site mining.
  • Partner and collaborate with other recruiters through team work, imparting your knowledge, experience, skills and advise on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Organize staff training and provide knowledge transfer to junior members.
  • Coordinate presentation of candidates to prospective clients.
  • Arrange coordination with clients, including position evaluation, presentation, negotiation, placement, performance follow up, problem resolution and potential termination of the placed candidates.
  • Prepare reporting on activities and result.
  • Focus of this role is to qualify and recruit candidates in Canada and U.S.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment industry in the IT, Finance and Corporate Services or 3 years of Retail Sales experience.
  • Understanding full scope of staffing requirements for supporting business lines and clients.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship building and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Very strong team work and cooperation.
  • Very strong time management and allocation.
  • Working experience with CRM or Applicant Tracking System, and MS Word.
  • College Diploma preferably in Business, IT, Marketing, Finance, Psychology, Human Resources or minimum 4 years of experience in corporate sales.

Position Summary:

If you are LIVING, BREATHING AND DREAMING Sales and looking for an opportunity to apply your experience, knowledge and skills on in a corporate settings and gain recognition, we are looking for you.  This is a great opportunity to research potential clients, create prospect lists and contact them, explore new growth opportunities and ensure business pipeline is continually full.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new growth opportunities through prospecting and activity-based on calling prospects.
  • Cultivate and nurture the sales cycle process from initial contact through to qualification.
  • Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities with Account Managers.
  • Manage a book of business for maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop creative programs to drive and manage pipeline progressions.
  • Utilize internal CRM system (will train CRM) for record-keeping of prospect accounts and for logging all activity and information on prospects.

Skills:

  • Experience in an elevated cold sales calls.
  • Outbound B2B Sales experience is an asset.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and achieve sales quotas.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals including both internal and external contacts.
  • Must be capable of a high level of communications, both written & verbal.
  • Ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines and prioritize work with strong emphasis on time management.
  • Ability to cooperate and thrive in a team environment.
  • High accuracy, attention to detail and well organized.
