Challenges: This client, with over $20bn net assets, needed to modernize their asset and work management solutions in order to achieve their goal of being a best-in-class electric/gas company for customer service, network reliability and outage restoration in North America.
Solution: Delivered an EAM implementation of Maximo, ESRI GIS, Click Schedule/Click Mobile to optimize equipment reliability and customer service in field work execution on electric and gas assets.
Benefits: Improved customer service and outage restoration when storms and other emergencies occur. In addition, Regulatory metrics were significantly improved.
Large Canadian Transmission & Distribution Utility Company:
Challenges: This billion-dollar utility needed to streamline business processes by integrating critical business applications used to plan, design, schedule, execute and close maintenance and customer service work.
