This is an exciting opportunity to work with a startup located in the Toronto downtown core, selling innovative SaaS based Sales and CRM solutions. Responsibilities:

• Drive the sales process – prospect new leads, build and manage a pipeline and support our Head of Sales with discovery calls and demos.
• Document your activities and track successes to build the foundation for our sales team.
• Expand outbound campaigns to include phone, email, video and social touches.
• Continually build sales knowledge to speak to our prospects’ challenges.
• Create quarterly plans designed to achieve specific sales goals and quotas.
• Work with our Customer Success Manager and Marketing Team to qualify and engage leads.

Must Have:

• At least two years of experience in Software Sales and minimum one year SaaS based products.
• Direct experience prospecting on LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar products.
• Demonstrated success in hunting new business.
• Creative mindset with an analytical slant: eagerness to try new things and measure results.
• Experience leveraging Salesforce and Outreach is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with LinkedIn, Monster or Indeed products are an asset.
