Description

There is an opportunity to join as a Manager of EBS Connected Technology and Operations in a full-time role! The successful candidate will lead a talented technical team in delivering and supporting innovative solutions. This role involves guiding the team in requirements gathering, design, and implementation while shaping the application portfolio and roadmap for key business units. You will also play the role of a technical product (co)owner for the Connected Technology and HR Technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of analysts, architects, developers, and QA professionals in designing scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Work closely with business and IT partners to clarify requirements, scope, and resource needs, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Optimize project resource allocation across the portfolio for maximum business value and efficiency.
• Foster strong business relationships with internal teams and external partners for smooth project execution and collaboration.
• Guide development teams on scheduling, technical direction, and standard practices to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Coach and develop team members’ skills in technical, analytical, and business areas, supporting their growth and performance.
• Implement policies to ensure consistent, reliable, and high-quality delivery of business and technical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement, simplify processes, and explore new technologies to enhance productivity and effectiveness across teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementing large-scale business systems applications.
• 5+ years in an IT supervisory or managerial role, including leadership in systems development for major projects.
• Skilled in application development with experience across platforms such as MuleSoft, Java, Telematics, and SaaS/PaaS, integrating systems like SAP and Salesforce.
• Proven experience managing Development, QA, and DevSecOps teams, with expertise in SDLC, and multi-environment development.
• Strong knowledge of project, change, and release management, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Effective communicator with excellent presentation and writing skills, proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• PMO, ITIL, or CMMI certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
