The position supports client investment management operations. This role involves setting up and maintaining databases and client files, processing and confirming trades, researching routine errors, failures, and inquiries, and resolving discrepancies. The position requires effective action on routine matters and inquiries from clients and other departments.
Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain databases and client files.
Process and confirm trades.
Research and resolve routine errors, failures, and inquiries.
Address discrepancies and take action on routine matters from clients and other departments.
Provide client service, including resolving queries internally and externally.
Work on assigned projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience in financial services in an operational role, ideally from a custodial bank.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Strong financial services knowledge and experience.
Proficiency in Excel is essential.
Ability to collaborate across various departments to resolve issues.
