There is an interesting opportunity for an Associate fluent in English and French to contribute to expanding presence in the market and serving the growing client base by communicating directly to fund admins and internal teams. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to engage with a diverse clientele (wealth managers, banks, and dealers) in a dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial setting. The core focus of the position is on the company’s technology platform in Fund engagement. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and fund administrators to manage account maintenance and assist fund managers during fundraising and subscription processes.
• Facilitate the client onboarding process for financial advisors and wealth managers, including subscriptions, registration, and transfers.
• Advise clients on distributions and capital calls and reporting to ensure they remain well-informed.
• Deliver prompt, high-quality support via phone and email, addressing diverse inquiries with a focus on exceptional service.

Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in client service or investor relations.
• Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and fund managers.
• Familiarity with Canadian fund structures and different accounts.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to details.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; fluency in French is considered an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree
