Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our fulfillment operations and ensure timely, efficient completion of customer orders. This role requires a minimum of 3 years in a similar position, ideally with experience in e-commerce and 3PL warehousing. The Production Supervisor will work closely with the Customer Service and Warehouse Departments to meet customer expectations, monitor SLAs, and manage the packaging and inventory flow via Ship Hero. Key responsibilities include overseeing headcount, employee productivity, and production timelines, along with implementing corrective actions to resolve inventory discrepancies. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Determine necessary headcount to support area activities and meet production schedules.
• Oversee SLA (Air Table) monitoring, ensure timely product order completion, and supervise packaging processes.
• Follow SOPs precisely for the company’s primary clients.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to complete special projects efficiently.
• Partner with the Warehouse team to meet customer product delivery schedules.
• Manage employee productivity and monitor production deadlines for shipments.
• Utilize Ship Hero to record, edit, and manage inventory flow.
• Identify causes of inventory discrepancies and assist in implementing corrective measures.
• Participate in daily management meetings.
• Attend weekly improvement meetings and track progress on projects.
• Develop and maintain procedures, formats, work instructions, and visual aids for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Background in e-commerce and fulfillment solutions.
• Preferred experience in 3PL or other warehousing/distribution.
• Proficient in PC skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Able to work under pressure, in a Teamwork environment, Customer-focused & results oriented, attention to detail, and committed as well as focusing on continuous improvement.
