This is an exciting opportunity to work as the SAP Manager, the key leader and owner of the SAP technology platform. This unique capability is to integrate cutting-edge SAP solutions, manage full resource cycles, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will lead a dynamic team, oversee the SAP technology ecosystem, and drive innovation through SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud products, and Integrated Business Planning. Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Leadership: Serve as the SAP technology platform owner, overseeing architecture, integrations, and support for SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud products, and SaaS/IaaS solutions.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute SAP roadmaps to align technology with organizational goals, focusing on innovation and business value realization.
• Full Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete SAP product lifecycle, including design, development, implementation, upgrades, and support, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop the SAP Services and Support Team, fostering a culture of collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation and management across SAP services, ensuring efficient utilization and optimal delivery of solutions.
• Vendor and Budget Oversight: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure budget adherence.
• SAP Optimization: Drive the enhancement of business processes, leveraging expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning, Basis management, and SAP Cloud solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Compliance and Security: Establish and enforce policies for quality, privacy, and security, adhering to audit requirements and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT management experience with a focus on cross-functional and agile teams.
• 7+ years managing an SAP Centre of Excellence, including experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud products, and Integrated Business Planning.
• 5+ years of hands-on programming/coding experience, particularly in SAP environments.
• Proficiency in SAP Basis management, SaaS/IaaS, and cloud application integration.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing SAP investments and optimizing business processes.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and drive innovation.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
