Description

We are hiring a dynamic SAP Manager to oversee, optimize, and refine our SAP services and strategies. This role helps achieve our business goals by leading the SAP Services and Support Team, making sure that services are delivered efficiently, improving support processes, and acting as the main contact with different business units. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for SAP business processes, technology architecture, integration, and support.
• Oversee the implementation and management of SAP modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, setting and achieving challenging objectives while encouraging risk-taking and learning.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to enhance collaboration, support, and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and budget management.
• Oversee the full SAP product lifecycle, including design, development, support, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement SAP roadmaps that align with business and technology priorities, ensuring the realization of identified benefits.
• Manage operational budgets, establish policies for consistency and quality, and ensure adherence to audit, privacy, and security regulations.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in IT management, managing mid to large-size cross-functional agile teams.
• Minimum 7 years managing an SAP Centre of Excellence, with extensive SAP functional or development knowledge, including cloud applications and integrations.
• Experience leading projects/initiatives, with knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and strong project/stakeholder management skills.
• 5+ years enhancing business processes to optimize SAP investments and improve user experiences.
• Strong vendor management and budget planning skills, with experience in ITIL, PMLC, and other delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate technical and business requirements, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and collaboration skills, with a proactive, self-starting approach.
• Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, or relevant experience.
