Description:
The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will assist with the preparation and analysis of the consolidated financial statements, quarterly press releases, annual 10-K, and interim 10-Q reports. This position will also assist with monthly and ad hoc financial analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation of financial data being reported in the quarterly results press release, quarterly 10-Q report, and the annual 10-K report.
• Provides oversite and leadership of Shared Services team and work production.
• Prepare selected footnotes and disclosures, collation of supporting records, and tie down of all published financial information.
• Prepare consolidated cash flow statement
• Maintain XBRL compliance within Workiva for 10-Q and 10-K reports.
• Write MD&A sections of 10-Q and 10-K
• Assist with annual intangible impairment testing and quarterly reviews
• Coordinate with investor relations and support preparation of quarterly earnings presentation
• Coordinate with Global Business Services team
• Review monthly calculation of basic and diluted earnings per share; Review calculation of outstanding common shares and treasury share figures for regular NYSE reports.
• Prepare commentary and analysis of the monthly consolidated balance sheet.
• Review monthly templates received by subsidiaries.
• Review monthly goodwill and PP&E roll-forward and analysis.
• Assist with review of quarterly debt compliance reporting.
• Monitor completion of monthly financial close checklists to ensure compliance with SOX controls.
• Maintain SOX documentation for the group financial reporting team.
• Facilitate related audits/reviews by external auditors.
• Assist with preparation of government required returns.
Must Have:
• 5+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience is required. Public accounting or pubic company reporting experience is preferred.
• Must have solid understanding of accounting and financial principles and be able to apply these principles to corporate accounting.
• Must have knowledge of SOX requirements
• Workiva/HFM/Oracle/Blackline experience is preferred

Formal Education:
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting required
• CPA or equivalent is strongly preferred
• CPA candidacy is required.
