Description
We are hiring a Software Engineer for our Information Systems team. We welcome junior to intermediate candidates with solid technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving abilities. The position requires hands-on technical support that aligns with the resource description. Join us to help drive innovative manufacturing solutions in an open and supportive working environment.
Responsibilities

• Analyze business conditions to create application requirements and designs.
• Collaborate with business groups to define application requirements and direction.
• Work with the Agile development team to maintain and develop software.
• Engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily scrum meetings.
• Integrate external systems and provide onsite and after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT background.
• 3 years of relevant experience, including full-time or co-op.
• Proven software development experience.
• Proficiency in .Net (C#, ASP.Net, WPF), Web Services (SOAP, WCF, REST), Angular, MVC, MVP, MVVM, and relational databases (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Linux OS.
• Excellent team player engaging with all organizational levels.
• Highly organized, managing multiple assignments and negotiating tasks to completion.
• Available for on-call support and willing to work daily and weekends as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for complex technical documentation.
• Experience with Agile Software Development and familiarity with the software development life cycle, including system design, use case creation, testing, and implementation.
• Experience with Git or other related distributed version control software.
• Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, or relevant experience.
