Description

Reporting to PMO the Project Manager will oversee various in-house projects including network infrastructure operations, cyber security, and enterprise application integrations. This role requires a blend of strong project management, resource allocation, and budget control with previous technical knowledge. The successful candidate will manage internal resources and third-party vendors, host status meetings, track project statuses, and ensure alignment among all team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal resources and third-party contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Host regular status meetings to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Track project statuses and provide updates to the PMO.
• Assist the project team with any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Solve resource contentions and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Address and resolve challenges related to project delivery and team alignment.
• Coordinate and complete day-1 discovery for new companies working with us.
• Manage network overhauls and new application implementations.
• Ensure all team members are on task and aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Control in-flight projects to ensure they are carried out successfully.
• Project coordination for M&A Integration systems & network activities
• Coordination of network overall across multiple physical sites
• Coordination of Identity management system improvements
• This could extend to managing a new application implementation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of Technology and 5 years of infrastructure experience
• Proven experience in managing both internal and external resources.
• Technical knowledge in network security to guide project decisions is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address resource contentions effectively.
