Responsibilities
Source and build a solid pipeline of candidates for high-volume recruitment initiatives throughout the year
Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal client groups
Coordinate all local employer related activities and events along with business partners for information sessions, career fairs, networking events, etc.
Be responsible for the recruiting life cycle (posting, sourcing screening and offer stage)
Provide exceptional client service thru the recruiting process to hiring managers and candidates
Leverages LinkedIn Recruiter, other online resume databases and in-house applicant tracking system (TALEO)
Participate in special projects/ recruiting initiatives as needed
Qualification
Minimum of 1 year of previous Recruiting experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize while handling high volume of recruiting.
Good understanding of HR terminology, practices and their application as they pertain to the recruitment cycle (i.e. benefits, compensation) an asset.
Must be detail oriented and self-motivated with strong initiative and follow-through
Excellent communication skills required to be able to manage sessions with colleges
Ability to successfully create and maintain strong, proactive relationships with client
University Degree in Human Resources or Business
