Position: Technical IT Recruiter (Paraguay, Remote)

Working hours: Tuesday to Friday 11am to 8pm EST, Saturdays 9am to 5pm EST.

Position Type: Permanent (Base Salary + Bonus + Paid Vacation)

Locations: 100% Remote (Paraguay)

THE POSITION

As a Technical IT Recruiter, you will be working with the recruitment, business development professionals and clients, and primarily responsible for applying your search, technical and functional evaluation, and negotiation selection skills to recruit quality technology, engineering and business resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, engage, explore candidates’ real motivation and interest, and validating their skills and competencies, and present quality talents in a timely manner.
• In-depth technical and functional evaluation and assessment of technology candidates.
• Participate in full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for both contract and permanent placement opportunities, for clients in the Technology, Finance, and Corporate sectors.
• Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job sites and databases.
• Network, research databases, contact, source, collect, screen applications, select, examine, evaluate and interview candidates.
• Prepare a qualified short list of prospective candidates.
• Coordinate and notify candidates on requirements for the prospective position, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.
• Learn and utilize sourcing techniques such as Boolean-equation, job boards, and professional networking site mining.
• Partner and collaborate with other recruiters through teamwork, imparting your knowledge, experience, skills, and advice on staffing policies and procedures.
• Coordinate presentation of candidates to prospective clients.
• Prepare reporting on activities and results.

QUALIFICATION

• 4+ years in agency recruitment, including IT recruitment experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in DIRECT HEADHUNTING of permanent and contract technology candidates.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment agencies with full cycle, direct recruiting calls to candidates all the way to presenting to the client.Must have in-depth technical evaluation experience. You should be able to fully assess the candidate’s technical skills.
• VERY STRONG networking and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• STRONG teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
• 2+ years of social media engagement, especially on LinkedIn.
• VERY familiar with in MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Working experience with MS Word, CRM, or ATS systems.
• 1+ year working with U.S. or Canadian markets.
• 1+ year sales experience with strong client relationship skills.
