POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As a leading member of the team, the Director of Professional Services will assume a leading role in sales and delivery of Robotics Process Automation, customization and integration projects. The Director of Professional Services will develop strategic plans, identify the potential markets and business opportunities and obtain a competitive position within the targeted industries.

This is an exciting opportunity to start a practice from the scratch with a start-up, suited for a strong RPA SME leader with a great autonomy where the individual can directly see the result of her/his work and be rewarded accordingly through competitive compensation and profit sharing.

Requirements:

  • Initiating first contacts, exploring client’s need, developing quality proposals, closing sales and managing the delivery of projects.
  • Assist in the development of yearly comprehensive business plan, strategies with quarterly and monthly goals.
  • Develop business cases and AI solutions to introduce products, services, and capabilities to new and potential clients.
  • Lead AI vision and focus on researching market trends.
  • Conducts gap analysis, evaluated clients’ needs and offer innovative solutions through detailed presentation.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and team members within an agile, matrix and entrepreneurial work setting.
  • Develop, assign, and evaluate technical teams according to clients’ goals and company’s standards.
  • Automate existing processes using RPA Vendor software and company’s solutions.
  • Consistently evaluate and put into action opportunities to enhance project management best practices.
  • Ensure project processes are aligned to the organizational annual strategic planning process.
  • Employ agile development practices including test driven development and deployment automation as well as continuous integration to improve overall execution speed and product quality.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in software and systems development and integration projects.
  • 5+ years of experience building and managing professional services teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in robotic process automation for insurance, banking, retail or other business applications.
  • 2+ Track record of delivering RPA projects using UiPath tools (MUST HAVE).
  • Experience in Data, AI, machine learning and analytics.
  • Experience in Blue Prism, Appian or OpenSpan is a plus.
  • Experience in Agile development and implementation projects. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and team members within an entrepreneurial work setting.
  • Previous experience managing all phases of the technology life cycle, such as project planning, architecture/technical design, build, configuration, testing and operational transition.
  • Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery model.
  • Proven ability in implementation of strategies, practices, and processes to maximize sales and new business with strong track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with advanced analytical, problem-solving, negotiation skills
  • Occasional travel to visit clients may be required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or equal are an asset.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Working with a growing team of business development and recruitment professionals, you will be a solution provider and primarily responsible for applying your networking, search and consulting skills to:

  • Participate in leadership development and prepared to take on a leadership role within the recruitment teams
  • Identify, engage, and explore candidate’s real motivation and interest, validating their skills and competencies, and presenting quality talents in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for both contract and permanent placement opportunities, for clients in the Technology, Finance, and Engineering sectors.
  • Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job sites and databases.
  • Network, research databases, contact, source, collect, screen applications, select, examine, evaluate and interview candidates
  • Prepare qualified slate of prospective IT, Finance, or Engineering candidates.
  • Work with our corporate recruitment partners/clients to ensure the offer negotiation and process is optimized and operating within the constraints of our client’s standards, protocols and expectations.
  • Coordinate and notify candidates on requirements for the prospective positions, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.
  • Utilizing sourcing techniques such as Boolean-equation, job boards and professional networking site mining.
  • Partner and collaborate with other recruiters through team work, imparting your knowledge, experience, skills and advice on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Organize staff training and provide knowledge transfer to junior members.
  • Coordinate presentation of candidates to prospective clients.
  • Arrange coordination with clients, including position evaluation, presentation, negotiation, placement, performance follow up, problem resolution and potential termination of the placed candidates.
  • Prepare reporting on activities and results.

 

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Minimum four years of experience in recruitment industry in the IT, Finance and Corporate Services, or Engineering fields.
  • Understanding full scope of staffing requirements for supporting business lines and clients.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship building and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Very strong team work and cooperation.
  • Very strong time management and allocation.
  • Working experience with CRM or Applicant Tracking System, and MS Word.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma preferably (but not a must) in Business, IT, Marketing, Finance, Psychology, Human Resources or minimum 4 years of experience in corporate sales.
