DynamicsCon Regional
Last Friday, I had the pleasure of attending DynamicsCon Regional (hosted by the Dynamics User Group (DUG)) at Microsoft’s Canadian headquarters. The event’s agenda focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience, Business Central, Finance and Operations, and Power Platform. The sessions reinforced how connected business applications, automation, and data-driven tools can help organizations improve processes, respond to change, and deliver stronger outcomes across their operations and customer-facing functions.
Beyond the agenda, I truly valued meeting Microsoft partners, users, and forward-minded professionals from across the Dynamics community. Our conversations explored implementation experiences, evolving client needs, operational transformation, and the growing role of low-code solutions.
Learning does not end when the final session concludes; it grows through ongoing dialogue, knowledge sharing, and mutual support. Thank you to the organizers, speakers, sponsors, partners, and attendees who made the event worthwhile. I look forward to strengthening these relationships and exploring opportunities to learn, collaborate, and contribute together.
