Position: Change Management/Training Specialist Position Type: 4 month Contract No. of Positions: 1 Location: GTA, ON
Purpose of the Role:
To support Training activities related to the implementation of Salesforce Case Management improving the experience of TCI end users, Call Centre and Dealer Network end users and providing an overall better experience for our customers.
Develop and deliver in conjunction with the vendor, required training for the Salesforce implementation to internal end users and external stakeholders (dealers and call centre staff)
Scope or Impact:
Consult with component leads and stakeholders to identify training needs and/or knowledge gaps in order to develop optimal learning solutions, such as documentation, demonstrations, scenarios, guided workflows etc.
Develop and deliver training as required by the program.
Validate training materials with workstreams leads and Subject matter experts.
Participate in train-the-trainer
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Work with the established team and vendor to develop and deliver the defined training activities required to support the implementation of the Salesforce Case Management solution
Experience/Education Requirements:
Ability to design and develop training programs leveraging the ADDIE model
Design: Training material design and creation process involving each impacted role
Storyboarding
eLearning Design Principles
Bloom's Taxonomy
Development of course content with latest content development technology and tools i.e. Adobe Captivate, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to apply blended learning principles to develop in-class presentation, participant demos, simulations, and exercises, job aids
Ability to write and transpose course objectives and User Stories into business facing/business centric training content
Ensure that content meets the Course, Module Objectives
Ability to apply user-centre design
Implementation: Ability to deliver a premium learning experience to the audience

Evaluation: ability to evaluation, apply and improve course content from Kirkpatrick’s evaluation approach (Level 1)
