POSITION SUMMARY:

Working with a growing team of business development and recruitment professionals, you will be a solution provider and primarily responsible for applying your networking, search and consulting skills to

  • Identify, engaging, exploring candidate’s real motivation and interest, and validating their skills and competencies, and present quality talents in a timely manner.
  • Participate in full cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for both contract and permanent placement opportunities, for clients in the Technology, Finance, and Engineering sectors.
  • Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job sites and databases.
  • Network, researching databases, contact, source, collect, screen applications, select, examine, evaluate and interview candidates, including candidates in
  • Prepare qualified slate of prospective candidates.
  • Coordinate and notify candidates on requirements for the prospective position, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.
  • Learn and utilizing sourcing techniques such as Boolean-equation, job boards and professional networking site mining.
  • Partner and collaborate with other recruiters through team work, imparting your knowledge, experience, skills and advise on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate presentation of candidates to prospective clients.
  • Prepare reporting on activities and result.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • VERY STRONG networking and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Working with a growing team of professionals, you will be a solution provider and primarily responsible for providing Talent Solutions to Technology and Financial clients. You will be applying your business development and consulting skills to:

  • Build new business and strong partnership with clients.
  • Market selective resources to targeted prospective clients.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum three years of experience in Account Development and Management.
  • Minimum three years of experience supporting IT Start-Ups, mid-sized to major accounts.
  • Extensive networking skills, or having exiting network with IT or Financial Services companies in the assigned territories.
  • Extensive outbound sales skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Very strong team work, time management and allocation.
  • Working experience with CRM or Applicant Tracking System, and MS Word.
  • Experience in Staffing Services (contract and permanent) in Information Technology, Finance, or Procurement services is plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, Psychology or Human Resources or minimum three years of direct experience in the sales field.
