THE POSITION

As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be working with the recruitment, business development professionals, and clients, and will primarily be responsible for applying your search, technical and functional evaluation, and negotiation selection skills to recruit quality technology, engineering, and business resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, engage, and explore candidates’ real motivation and interest, validate their skills and competencies, and present quality talents in a timely manner.
  • In-depth technical and functional evaluation and assessment of technology candidates.
  • Participate in full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for both contract and permanent placement opportunities, for clients in the Technology, Finance, and Corporate sectors.
  • Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job sites and databases.
  • Network, research databases, contact, source, collect, screen applications, select, examine, evaluate, and interview candidates.
  • Prepare a qualified short list of prospective candidates.
  • Coordinate and notify candidates on requirements for the prospective position, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.
  • Learn and utilize sourcing techniques such as Boolean-equation, job boards, and professional networking site mining.
  • Partner and collaborate with other recruiters through teamwork, imparting your knowledge, experience, skills, and advice on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate presentation of candidates to prospective clients.
  • Prepare reporting on activities and results.

QUALIFICATION

  • 8+ years in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in DIRECT HEADHUNTING of permanent and contract technology candidates.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment agencieswith full cycle, direct recruiting calls to candidates all the way to present to the client.Must have in-depth technical evaluation experience. You should be able to fully assess the candidate’s technical skills.
  • VERY STRONG networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • STRONG teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
  • 2+ years of sales support or marketing experience
  • 2+ years of social media engagement, especially on LinkedIn.
  • IT Knowledge
  • VERY familiar with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Working experience with MS Word, CRM, or ATS systems.
  • 1+ years working with U.S. or Canadian markets.
  • 1+ years of sales experience with strong client relationship skills.

THE POSITION

Working with a growing team of professionals, you will be a solution provider and primarily responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing the company’s client portfolio. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Build new business and strong partnerships with clients in the IT industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Minimum 4 years of agency experience selling to technology organizations from start-ups to mid-sized and major accounts.
  • Minimum 2 years of agency recruitment (worked as a recruiter) background.
  • Minimum 2 years of agency recruitment supporting U.S. accounts.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in technical evaluation of client’s requirements and candidates’ skills.
  • Experience in providing staffing services and preferably having a network in AI, Data Streaming, Cloud Computing, financial services, FinTech, and Auto manufacturing organizations.
  • Extensive networking skills or having an existing network within IT companies in the U.S. (A MUST) and LATAM.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Very strong teamwork, time management, and allocation.
  • Work experience with CRM or Applicant Tracking System, and MS Word.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, or similar programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to process A/R, A/P transactions by creating and sending invoices to clients and business partners, entering hours for payment processing into QuickBooks. Tracking and following up on outstanding balances, recording expenses, organizing accounting books, creating contract for clients and subcontractors, and assisting in creating proposals (will train). More details include:

  • Creating clients’ invoices based on consultants approved timesheets /hours.
  • Ensuring clients are invoiced correctly and following up on receivables.
  • Recording bills and expenses, and conducting reconciliation
  • Preparing billing and sales reports and account statements for management
  • Setting-up new employees and key bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll into the system
  • Communicating with employees and consultants to receive their approved timesheets on a timely manner.
  • Processing payroll and check the system to calculate payments, deductions, Stats, Holidays, and vacations.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Excellent English (verbal and written) communications skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting A/P, A/R and Payroll experience
  • Experience in Canadian or U.S payroll is an asset.
  • Experience in QuickBooks or similar accounting products
  • Very strong MS Office (Excel and Word)
  • Great attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills and interest in follow-ups and talking to clients and team members.
  • Excellent ability in prioritization and coordination of tasks
  • Extremely proactive and organized.
  • Experience in creating proposals is an asset.
  • Experience in working with North American companies is an asset.
  • Experience working with retail, staffing, outsourcing, or IT companies is an asset.
  • College Diploma or university degree in accounting or business is preferred but not a must.
