RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, engage, and explore candidates’ real motivation and interest, validate their skills and competencies, and present quality talents in a timely manner.
- In-depth technical and functional evaluation and assessment of technology candidates.
- Participate in full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for both contract and permanent placement opportunities, for clients in the Technology, Engineering, automotive, and Finance sectors.
- Network, research databases, contact, source, collect, screen applications, select, examine, evaluate, and interview candidates.
- Coordinate and notify candidates on requirements for the prospective position, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.
- Partner and collaborate with other recruiters through teamwork, imparting your knowledge, experience, skills, and advice on staffing policies and procedures.
- Coordinate the presentation of candidates to prospective clients.
- Prepare reporting on activities and results.
QUALIFICATION
- Min 2+ years of recruitment experience with a strong network, preferably in the technology or engineering and familiar with Microsoft, Cloud Computing, Data, AI, FinTech, advanced mobility, UAV and manufacturing environment .
- Min one year of experience in DIRECT HEADHUNTING of permanent and contract technology candidates.
- MUST HAVE one year of experience as an agency recruiter working directly with the hiring clients (NOT through RPO).
- Min one years of sales or sales support experience
- MUST HAVE minimum 1 year working with U.S. or Canadian markets.
- Must have technical evaluation experience and be able to assess the candidate’s skills.
- VERY STRONG networking, relationship-building, and very active recruitment-related social media engagement activities, especially on LinkedIn.
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- STRONG teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
- Working experience with MS Word, CRM, or ATS systems.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Book appointments, and build new business and strong partnerships with clients in the engineering and IT industry.
- Organize and coordinate resources in order to execute successful delivery of the Recruiting/Staffing services.
- Market selective resources to targeted prospective clients.
- Communicate, retain, and support existing and placed resources.
- Work with clients to ensure their standards, protocols, and expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Minimum 1 year of agency experience selling to technology IT organizations from start-ups to mid-sized companies
- Minimum 1 year of agency recruitment (worked as a recruiter) background.
- Minimum 1 year of agency recruitment supporting U.S. accounts.
- Experience in providing staffing services and preferably in engineering and technology.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Very strong teamwork, time management, and allocation.
- Work experience with CRM or Applicant Tracking System, and MS Word.
- Collage or Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, or similar programs.
