Position Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP Functional Analyst – Procure to Pay (P2P) to join a collaborative and forward-minded team. This role is pivotal in bridging business units and IT, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality SAP S4/HANA solutions. The successful candidate will drive business process improvements, provide subject matter expertise in P2P, and contribute across all stages of the software development lifecycle. This role offers a dynamic environment where collaboration with stakeholders and vendors are essential to success. Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP S4/HANA P2P processes, including incident resolution, enhancements, and process optimization.
• Analyze and document business processes, integration points, and overall system architecture to support solution design.
• Lead and participate in full-cycle project activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Prepare and maintain business requirement documents and functional specifications tailored to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Communicate with vendors for product upgrades, roadmap planning, and third-party solution integration within the SAP landscape.
• Oversee the quality of deliverables through testing coordination, ensuring alignment with business expectations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities, monitor project demands, and implement scalable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role within an SAP environment, with strong P2P exposure
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting SAP business workflow, including integration with FI and EDI interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of SAP P2P foundational elements (e.g., Purchase Orders, Vendor Master, Plants, Purchase Requisitions) and release strategies.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile project delivery, technical specification writing, and working with outsourced vendors.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement, collaboration, and solution design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; SAP certification is preferred.
