Description

There is an exciting opportunity for an Adobe (AEP) Senior Consultant who designs and delivers high-impact, real-time customer experience solutions on Adobe Experience Platform. This role sits at the intersection of data, marketing, and architecture—turning complex enterprise data into actionable, personalized experiences across the Adobe ecosystem. As a trusted advisor and product expert, the consultant leads AEP strategy, architects scalable data foundations, and drives activation. We also consider technical-functional leads to join this amazing project. This position offers a competitive pay rate with a remote work setup capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform implementations, including data ingestion, schema design, identity resolution, and activation.
• Architect and implement Web SDK, Tags, and event-driven data collection aligned with enterprise data strategies.
• Serve as the AEP subject-matter expert, advising clients on real-time use cases across Target, Journey Optimizer, and downstream activation tools.
• Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable AEP solutions.
• Own technical delivery quality, including documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer to client teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of IT experience, preferably in digital analytics or customer data platforms
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform delivery.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, XDM schemas, and real-time customer profiles.
• Proven experience integrating AEP with Adobe solutions such as Target, Analytics, or Journey Optimizer, or Workfront.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the Financial domain is an asset.
• Adobe Experience Platform certification is preferred.
