Description
The Monday.com Solutions Architect will design and implement scalable workflow solutions within Monday.com to support campaign and partner planning, cross-functional collaboration, and operational visibility across marketing campaigns, events, and shared services. This role translates business processes into efficient board structures, automations, dashboards, and templates that help teams manage work effectively while aligning with marketing operations standards and governance.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end Monday.com workflows for intake, planning, execution, approvals, and reporting
• Build scalable board structures including intake boards, campaign management boards, execution boards, and dashboards
• Translate business processes into workflows, automations, dependencies, and permissions
• Partner with marketing, operations, campaign, events, and partner teams to gather requirements and improve usability
• Develop templates, forms, views, and dashboards tailored to user roles
• Establish governance standards for board structure, naming conventions, permissions, and data entry
• Support testing, pilot launches, training, and rollout activities
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline processes
• Work with technical teams to ensure alignment with system integrations

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in workflow architecture, marketing operations, or work management platforms
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions in Monday.com
• Strong understanding of workflow design, intake processes, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience creating boards, automations, dashboards, forms, and permissions in Monday.com
• Ability to translate complex processes into scalable solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing operations or campaign operations environments
• Experience supporting partner marketing, events, or shared services workflows
• Familiarity with integrations between Monday.com and enterprise systems (e.g., EMM/Unica, CRM, marketing automation)
• Experience with user adoption, training, and change management

Preferred Qualifications

• Monday.com solution is implemented successfully and adopted by key teams
• Teams manage intake, planning, and execution within Monday without relying on spreadsheets or email
• Cross-team workflows are streamlined and handoffs are clear
• Dashboards provide leadership with clear visibility into campaign progress
• Solution supports future integration with EMM/Unica and broader operational goals
