The Position

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced SAP professional to own and evolve enterprise SAP services and operations within a large, complex organization. The role requires a strong balance of SAP technical expertise, people leadership, vendor governance, and business partnership.

You will lead SAP service delivery, define long-term roadmaps, and ensure SAP platforms consistently enable business outcomes. This role works closely with internal business leaders, enterprise IT teams, and external SAP partners to deliver reliable, scalable, and value-driven solutions. The position offers a hybrid work setting with a competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Leadership & Service Delivery

• Lead end-to-end SAP service delivery across development, support, enhancements, and upgrades
• Define SAP strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise goals
• Oversee SAP architecture, integrations, and cloud services
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex SAP-related issues

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop SAP services and support teams
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions
• Drive organizational change management and user adoption

Vendor & Financial Management

• Manage SAP vendors, AMS partners, and system integrators
• Lead RFPs, SOWs, contract negotiations, and performance reviews
• Own SAP operational budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to ITIL, PMLC, and enterprise governance standards
• Support audit, security, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Maintain high-quality documentation and lifecycle management practices

Must Have Skills and Requirements:

• 7+ years of IT leadership experience with SAP-focused responsibilities
• 5+ years managing SAP platforms, services, or a Centre of Excellence
• Strong SAP functional, technical, or integration background
• Experience with SAP cloud technologies (BTP, IBP, integrations)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendor ecosystems
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive-level presentation skills
• Budget ownership and financial management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration

Nice To Have Skills:

• Experience in large enterprises or regulated environments
• Exposure to SAP modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
• PMP, ITIL, or SAP-related certifications
• Strong understanding of Agile/Waterfall delivery models
