These three powerful words sit in the core of Canada’s identity. Ever since the doors first opened n Toronto in 1993, those three words sat in the core of VTRAC too. And as Canada gets ready to celebrate it’s 152nd birthday this weekend, we thought we should take a moment to show our appreciation for everything this great country has given us. These three Canadian values – Diversity, Freedom, Opportunity have been instrumental to the success of VTRAC, it’s clients and our consultants.

 

As a diversity-certified supplier, at VTRAC, we know first-hand how powerful diversity is. Diversity exposes us to different things. Living in a diverse country like Canada allows us to see different parts of the world, the people, the culture, the knowledge. We become and interact with parts of life “that some of us” never knew existed, thus expanding our minds and our potential. At VTRAC, our diverse portfolio of “our team”, candidates, clients and positions is what helps us to “provide” many people with the right “positions”.

 

Freedom. It’s what remains after barriers are removed. Without barriers, there are no limits to what can be achieved. In Canada people have the freedom to wear what they chose,  to learn anything they want, to become anything they desire. Similar to a job search, in Canada, people are free to apply to any job they want.  At VTRAC, we chose to get to know each “individual”, personally reading their “profile”,  talking and meeting them. Through the freedom of open conversation.

 

Opportunity. Possibly one of the most valueable, Opportunity is fueled by diversity.  It’s not just about the amount of opportunity though, it’s about who get’s the opportunity.
