Description
This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer and Administrator to join a dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
• Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow instances.
• Configure and maintain user roles, groups, and access controls.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 years of Technology and 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services integration.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer) is a plus.
