WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Book appointments, and build new business and strong partnerships with clients in the engineering and IT industry.
• Organize and coordinate resources in order to execute successful delivery of the Recruiting/Staffing services.
• Market selective resources to targeted prospective clients.
• Communicate, retain, and support existing and placed resources.
• Work with clients to ensure their standards, protocols, and expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
• Minimum 1 year of agency experience selling to technology IT organizations from start-ups to mid-sized companies
• Minimum 1 year of agency recruitment (worked as a recruiter) background.
• Minimum 1 year of agency recruitment supporting U.S. accounts.
• Experience in providing staffing services and preferably in engineering and technology.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Very strong teamwork, time management, and allocation.
• Work experience with CRM or Applicant Tracking System, and MS Word.
• Collage or Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, or similar programs.
