Description

The Procurement Analyst supports end-to-end procurement activities by providing analytical, operational, and systems support across sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and risk management processes. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders—including Finance, Legal, IT, Accounts Payable, and business units—to ensure efficient procurement operations, data integrity, compliance, and continuous process improvement, while contributing to system enhancements, reporting, and day-to-day procurement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a competitive pay rate on an extendable contract with a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams—including Accounts Payable, Finance, Legal, IT, and business units—to address procurement-related inquiries and resolve issues throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Prepare procurement reports and analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements.
• Support RFx activities and assist with smaller-value sourcing engagements.
• Upload and manage contracts in Coupa, including over 500 IT legacy contracts, NDAs, and non-transactional vendor agreements.
• Perform supplier data cleanup, including deactivating outdated suppliers and updating records to ensure accuracy in Coupa.
• Provide support during Coupa implementation, including system testing and data cleansing prior to transition.
• Conduct proactive Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) gap reviews by comparing Coupa contract risk levels against TPRM requirements.
• Work with vendors and contract managers to update contracts as needed to address audit findings and support business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
• Refresh and maintain SharePoint content, ensuring up-to-date templates, accurate folder organization, and accessibility for stakeholders.
• Partner with PBPs to enable document availability and support increased adoption of internal AI tools.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with senior stakeholders and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including complex data manipulation in Excel.
• Experience with Coupa is an asset.
• Professional certifications, such as NISCL-CSCL or CSCMP, are considered an asset.
• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
