Ready to join enterprise-level projects with Microsoft ERP? This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled D365 Finance & Operations Consultant with deep functional expertise across Finance and Project Operations to support enterprise ERP implementations and optimization initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of finance transformation and project-based delivery, enabling organizations to align financial processes with operational execution across complex environments.

You will work closely with finance leaders, project teams, and technical stakeholders to design and implement scalable, integrated solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This is an opportunity to drive end-to-end impact—from financial configuration and reporting to project lifecycle management—while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

It is a REMOTE contract position with a competitive pay range, the rate is negotiable for senior candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions.
• Manage and enhance Project Operations processes, including project setup, contract management, resource planning, and project lifecycle tracking.
• Design and implement project financials including costing, billing, actuals, and revenue recognition
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and fit-gap analysis with business stakeholders
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations using dual-write, Dataverse, and other Dynamics 365 components
• Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities, ensuring solution quality and business readiness

Qualifications:

• Strong experience as a D365 Functional Consultant with focus on Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle management, costing, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Experience with dual-write, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (low-code/no-code tools) is a strong asset.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and functional solution design.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
