Description

Join our dynamic Technology & Innovation team as an Enterprise Solution Architect! In this pivotal role, collaborate with a skilled team of technical architects to enhance reusability, resilience, scalability, and repeatability. Define and maintain the Architecture Library, establish standards for Information Services initiatives, and ensure strategic alignment of enterprise solutions with business goals and technology standards. This position provides a unique mix of technical challenges and strategic influence in an innovative and teamwork-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps, applying technical principles to align architectural practice with business strategy and optimize IT investments for organizational goals.
• Define and enhance enterprise architecture framework (focusing on Business, Application Development, and Security Architecture) and lead the successful integration of new solutions into operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives through effective training and monitoring.
• Steer the adoption of the technical platform, oversee data quality, and propose the product roadmap as a Technical Product Owner and Project Lead.
• Examine emerging technologies and best practices to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Drive the development of secure, scalable enterprise applications and oversee vendor-related tasks, including negotiations and project budget management.
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal/external stakeholders, promoting open communication and mutual support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Architectural roles, specializing in Application, Infrastructure, and Data Architecture.
• Proven leadership in complex organizational settings, with a focus on motivating and directing teams.
• Expertise in application architecture, integration with enterprise strategy, middleware, and security standards.
• 4+ years experience in Business and Security Architecture, leading teams in coding, QA, and security standards.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with experience in process improvement and relevant certifications considered assets.
• University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
