Compensation: 120K-140K + 15% Bonus + benefits
As a Manager, IT Platforms & Cybersecurity, you will steer a team of Network, Cloud & Security Architects, and System Analysts devoted to ensuring the implementation of cutting-edge processes, platforms, tools, and vendor collaborations. Your focus will be on fortifying a secure, resilient, and high-performance foundation for platforms, services, and devices essential to the seamless functioning of the organization.
Responsibilities:
– Guide the team in acquiring the requisite skills and knowledge to manage a diverse range of evolving activities, scaling as needed through strategic recruitment and development efforts.
– Foster a culture of continuous feedback, performance management, and career development, crafting a high-performance team.
– Institute and supervise processes for capacity planning across all roles, encompassing internal teams and third-party service providers.
– Develop and sustain a roadmap for platforms that integrate IT Infrastructure Lifecycle Management, emphasizing performance, resilience, and scalability for future growth.
– Ensure that the design and implementation of networks, cloud infrastructure, and applications align with current and future organizational needs.
– Track and consistently achieve internal service levels for platform and application performance and availability.
– Manage third-party service providers to ensure consistent alignment with scope, quality, performance, and cost expectations.
– Stay abreast of the IT platform’s market, practices, products, and opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive growth.
– Institute and manage a process for IT Asset Management, ensuring effective tracking, deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and disposal of technology assets.
– Align IT platform Incident and Change Management processes with the overarching ITSM framework.
– Oversee the execution of the Digital Security roadmap, providing progress updates and tracking changes in the organization’s Cyber risk and security posture.
– Guide the activities and outcomes of the Cyber Risk Framework, ensuring compliance with industry guidelines.
– Promote Cybersecurity awareness across the organization, disseminating knowledge of threats, best practices, and effective training tools.
– Plan and execute activities such as tabletop exercises, DR tests, penetration tests, and more.
– Manage MDR and SIEM services to ensure continuous detection and response capabilities and comprehensive logging for investigation and containment.
– Develop and operate IAM tools and processes for effective digital identity management, access control, streamlined onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and access audits.
– Establish and execute processes for security events, ensuring timely response, investigation, containment, reporting, and continuous improvement.
– Provide transparency into all processes and activities related to both Technology Infrastructure and Digital Security.
Requirements:
– University degree (Computer Science or a related discipline).
– Over 10 years of experience in relevant Technology roles.
– Over 2 years in leadership roles.
– Proven experience in Portfolio Management, Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
– Proficiency in Vendor Management.
– Background in Business Analysis and/or Product Management.
– Expertise in Quality Assurance.
– Exceptional oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
– Financial Industry experience is an asset.
