Position:                    Program Manager, Cloud Implementation

Description:
The Program Manager, Cloud Implementation will be responsible for leadership, planning, implementation and support of large complex technical implementation projects in Oracle Cloud Financial Modules.
Responsibilities:
·         Partner with the team and implementation partners, directing the activities required for the successful conversion to the new Oracle Cloud solution.
·         Assist with planning for data extracts, explaining the conversion process, defining data requirements, and other activities to prepare for data conversion.
·         Work directly with internal resources to ensure successful performance of functions and shared services functions utilized by the new system.
·         Supervise those responsible for interactions related to the conversion, as well as the coordination with the IT group, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
·         Facilitate timeliness of project deliverables and milestones for successful conversion and migration.
·         Facilitate the creation and mapping of current system data,
 
Qualifications:
 
·         4-5 End to End Program Management Experience with at least 2 Oracle Cloud Implementations.
·         12+ years of Program Manager experience, preferably on Oracle IT transformation projects.
·        Minimum 7 years of experience of large enterprise program implementation 
. Interacting with Customer Executive leadership (IT and Business) is an expectation and having the similar experience is a MUST.
·         Managing Projects with Agile Methodology is a MUST.
·         PMO Certification is preferred.
·         Expertise in MS Office – Projects, Excel , Word and Powerpoint.
·         Working experience in Agile Tools – Jira, etc.
