THE POSITION
The User Experience Design Lead will be responsible for providing overall leadership for the user experience design and execution for a lending platform. The role will establish UX and UI design standards that are in concurrence with software design industry best practices.
You should have a deep understanding and experience with following the Design Thinking approach to user experience design, including developing detailed empathy and journey maps, building, user testing and iterating with a rapid prototyping cycle, and leading change in the organization to adopt these practices across the existing and new product and development teams.
You will be working closely with colleagues in Product Development, QA, and Product management in agile teams to build and progress our lending software products. The role may require infrequent travel to client sites or other development offices.
You will have a record of passionate ownership and design of great software products targeted to businesses or individuals and will ideally have experience with lending or banking software.
