The Client Manager will focus on acting as a liaison between the Client and the Business Unit to
ensure a successful long-term business relationship. The responsibilities of this role include
managing the entire sales process, closing the deal, and managing the contract with the Client until
completion of the project up to the receipt of the last payment.
Responsibilities
Maintain positive business relationships with all clients and develop sustainable strategies
for the future
Manage the commercial process with Clients and organizes the internal tender process
Connect, engage, and contribute positively within the organizations network
Support the Business Unit General Manager in developing the Business Unit Strategy and
evaluating the performance and growth of individual employees.
Project oversight responsibilities include the following:
-Manage projects to successful technical and financial result while providing
mentorship to others working on your projects
-Complete PO, accounts receivable, accounts payable follow up internally and with
your client
-Be responsible to lead on safety and corporate responsibility and ensure regular
communication with Business Unit General Manager
Attend project kick off meetings and remain involved on your projects regarding all matters
unless directed otherwise
Attend weekly staff meeting and report on your sales activities (as required and if requested).
Qualifications
6+ years in an Account Management role supporting Automotive, Food Production, or
pharmaceutical industries.
Minimum 4 years in a sales position driving new business and building long-term
partnerships with clients for repeat business utilizing a consultative selling approach
Experience negotiating contracts with customers while adhering to business standards
Comfortable leading, delegating and giving direction to the project team members when
appropriate.
Must adhere to the organizations Anti-Corruption and Code of Ethics policies.
