As a DIVERSITY-focused team, VTRAC lives and breathes with the values that diversity can bring to organizations.

We all know the challenges that indigenous communities have been facing for centuries especially when it comes to justice, colonization, distribution of wealth, cultural destruction, education, and fair jobs. We are happy to see that more organizations are taking those important issues seriously, however, we have a long way to go.

We encourage everyone to think about and support #equity and #fairness in the community.
